A realtor will then send you listings via email of homes he/she searches through on their database. This is the most relied upon system.

What is your experience in Real Estate?

I have spent 5 years in Commercial Real Estate at CB Richard Ellis (CBRE). CBRE is the largest global provider of Real Estate Services in the world, recognized as the leader, and demands quality and professionalism in all aspects of the business. As a Real Estate Manager, I oversaw 100 million in Commercial Real Estate with a Gross Leasable Area of over 200 thousand square feet. I was responsible for leasing, project management, property management, financial analysis, and landlord/tenant relationships.

In construction, I have a total of 5 years experience in everything from remodel to ground up construction. I completed my Home Inspection Coursework and presently set to take the state licensing exam. To further my education, I have also taken all state mandated courses for an Appraisal License. It has been a career in Real Estate, and I take it very seriously.

Do you know he area, let’s say a home for sale in Birch Bay versus a condo in Bellingham?

Yes. I live in Birch Bay and work out of Bellingham. I know both areas and Whatcom County very well. We can compare the pros and cons of any area within a 50 mile radius of Bellingham, and I can tell you the benefits and disadvantages of the area.

How would you best serve my luxury real estate listings?

The biggest way I can be of service over my competitors is my marketing ability. I can provide numerous services from YouTube and Facebook pages, to virtual listings, to custom flyers. I know a lot about homes and can sell the advantages of each facet in your home. Having built homes, and studied them, I can explain the benefits in great detail to prospective buyers.
